Welcome to the Kid's Exercise & Food Journal Online!

Our mission is to encourage children to eat and drink their daily recommended amount of fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, and water, and to help children develop healthier eating habits early in life.

Teachers and parents may easily create a free account with the Kid's Exercise & Food Journal and add the first names of their students or children to the website so that they may learn to track their daily exercises (biking, jumping jacks, jumprope, outdoor play, pull ups, push ups, sit ups, stretching, walking) and consumption of fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, and water. The tracking features are so simple to use that even children as young as kindergartners can login, track and enjoy eating and drinking healthier foods every day!

The tenets of the 95210 wellness program are (9) hours of sleep, (5) fruits & vegetables, (2) hours of recreational screentime, (1) hour of exercise, (0) sodas and sugary drinks, and (0) tobacco exposure. Members may also track their water intake, weight, and vitamins and supplements!
